On April 10, 2013, I ordered a free trial Beauty Kit and a Collagenta Active Serum after seeing an advertisement on the internet. At that time, I paid $5.99 for the fist one, and $9.99 for the second one. On the website it said that my order would be rushed, but to this date I haven't received any package from them. So, I just thought...not too much lost, no worries! But yesterday I just saw another 2 charges on my credit card, one for $148.82 and the other one for $149.95. I tried to called the number that appear on their website, but, no matter what time of the day or night I called, there were apparently no representatives available at the moment, and would always prompt me to leave a message. I am not quite sure of what to do now because I can't even contact this company, and I am afraid that they are going to keep sending charges to my credit card.
