I got the same problem and they refused to process full refund. They only agreed to credit back $40 and asked me to keep the product. I have no idea on the extra charges when I ordered the trial product and I also didn't get any instruction on how and when to return my product to this company. No one answered the call and no one returns my voice message. I totally very disappointed about this company.
