This is an internet moneying making scheme using web libraries to attract affiliate business. They use the traditional $497 slashed to $17 gimmick to attract customers and then sell more "packages". There were 4 price reductions, however, if you clicked on the first one, you would have lost several hundred dollars with the last "chance" advertisement being only a fraction of cost. Then when asked about other hidden costs, the "free" web domain was another $190/years undisclosed. It is another money pit.
