I registered with ASPCA and made a donation of $18.00 with the understanding that I was going to receive 100,000 facebook points....I didnt not receive them and I am still waiting as well as I made another donation this month of $18.00.....I would like my credit points or my money refunded.......

You should see your "HID" displayed as a long string of letters and numbers on the screen. If you could please copy and paste the entire string into your reply, we should be able to locate your TrialPay account history.
