I setup @ fleamart after talking with owner terry and her saying that they sale tons of clothes every day she told me to try it for the half month of march and see how it went march went alright in sales but i lost about $100.00 due to theft but made my rent of $147.00 plus their 10% commission on sales for the half month i made 21.80 after their fees april has been a nightmare i have lost @ least $250.00 due to theft owners are not concerned with theft so i told them that this place is a bad relationship for me i hate being stolen from so i wanted to move out they then tell me that im stuck there for 30 more days due to the agreement that i signed but their agreement with me was for the placement of my items and the security of them until they sale they have failed miseribly in my eyes on security they let an ionic breeze walk out the front door it was @ least 3 feet tall and 6 inches around also in the agreement is that i have to keep my booth 3/4 full or theycall it forfiture of product and they confiscate all stuff in booth due to breach of agreementso here i am stuck @ a crossroads and wouldent be here if they would do their part of the agreement thank you not sure what scambook will do but is a good place to rant about horriable buissnesses
