I have been a member with this company (COPART) 1-9712-391-5400, for sometime. On or about 04/23/2013, I up graded to premier membership to save on fees and other benefits the ad said. After I upgraded at a cost of $400.00 deposit plus $150.00 yearly fee. This had to be done prior to refunding my post deposit of another $400.00. I purchased a travel trailer that day and THEN found I could not pay with the same credit card I have been using during my time with Copart. I was allowed after a few days to use my credit to pay for the trailer but didn't see I was charged more to do so with my credit card. While all this with the first unit was going on and while they were to be fixing this issue so I could use my credit card, I found a Motor Home and was high bidder so I now own it also, this was Fri., 04/26/2013. Now come Monday 04/29/2013, I go online to find not only am I not a PREMIER member after paying for it, my first deposit has not been refunded as I was told would be and to use my credit card to pay for the trailer I purchased on 04/23/2013, I have paid in full for the trailer and now I am attempting to pay for the Motor Home I found I was charged a higher buyer fee when I tried to pay for it with a credit card. Now I want to pay for the Motor Home I purchased Fri, the 26th of April and I find the price has changed three (3) time and not to my favor. It seems the price of the Motor Home fees have gone up three (3) times from friday when I bid on it because of some policy COPART says is in the FINE print.
I listed the Motor Home online the minute I was high bidder and knew I won the action and now I will be loosing thousand of dollars if I don't pay the high fees to get it released by Tomorrow 04/30/2013, these people seem to just make things up as time goes on and don't care about people or business.
I want my Premier Membership I paid for, my pre deposit deposit back for the old account and the fees adjusted accordingly as should be with a Premier Membership.
