the company offer refurbished tvs for sale at keen prices.
they make you pay by bank transfer, and promise delivery will be next day when that fails blame the supplier,this goes on for a month or so then they promise a refund by bacs that takes over a month then they blame the accountants then suggest a bankers draft and so far i have been told 4 bankers drafts have been ordered from the bank and posted but suprise nothing ever arrives avoid at all costs

I am having the same kind of problem with them regarding a refund, ive told them about this posting on scambook and they've informed me your issue steve had been resolved, Has it? ive been emailing them back and forth today and been promised a refund by bacs tomorrow "end of business" at latest. however I have major doubts.
I will be posting back tomorrow evening to confirm either way, and if not I have informed them I will be taking the matter further. trading standards, police ect. the fact that they have closed their business doesn't fill me with much confidence. but im not going to just let them get away with £540 of my money. fingers crossed they do as promised and refund me in full by the tomorrow. -

- recieved a refund in the post today. just need to wait for it to clear now. will let you know if or when it clears.
