Hire these people after we had computer problem we ran PC Cleaner and they referred us to Premiere Tech Support. So we thought its ok to use them. WRONG !! These people are a scam. We paid them to fix the computer and it seemed to run ok they talked us into a contract where we could call anytime to have our 2 computer tune-up or repair for 2 years cost was $540.00. My computer was not running right so called them they worked on it for a hour or more them called me to see if it was running ok I told them NO its not i can't even get on the internet he told me to call my internet company they could help me and he hung up. I had to take my computer to my internet co. they said it was in a hell of a shape drivers etc even my networking card were all deleted. Paid them $147.00 for their time but computer still was not working right had to reset it to factory set so it was like new lost all my music and pictures plus anything else i had added. Called premiere about all this and told them to return all our money they agreed to send back $297.14 which i have not received to date we had the plan for a year so would not return all the money. Its the same story first one person works on your computer then another gets on when your complaining. By the time we were done we had 4 people trying to fix the problem. Something needs to be done about this company.
