I visited the Car Wash on April 20 th 2013 , while I was in the middle of the washing the spare tire cover of my car blew off because of the water pressure and the car behind me ran over it , the Manager on Duty (Tim) wrote a report and told me to wait for a Phone call from his superior David the Site Manager , which never happened , after I wait for a week for the phone call I decided to go personal to meet him and the answer I received from him was that they are not responsible and told me to call the other Manager Kathy , and of course the answer was the same , I presented the receipt , Tim , took pictures of the damages . I want them to be responsible as the damages did not occurre by itself.
