My brother, Frank Lombardo, lived at 35 Oakridge C, Deerfield Beach, Florida, until June 2007 when he had an accident. After that he was in two nursing homes in Florida and eventually I brought him up to New York to stay at the Long Island State Veterans Home in Stony Brook, New York. Since I am his legal representative, he has used my address of 219 Seventh Street, St. James, New York.

Comcast was notified at the time that he had left Florida and that his account should be cancelled. I did get statements periodically with zero balances so I paid them no attention. However, for the second month now, I have been getting a bill for $11.44 in the name of Frank Lomerado (sp.) with my address shown. I called and spoke with an agent of Comcast after the first bill and thought the matter would be settled. He kept saying that the billing is to the Florida address. My brother is not connected with that Florida condo since 2007.

I want the Comcast account closed and do not want to receive any further correspondence from them since this is not our bill.
