iStockphoto.com is a website that offers stock photos for sale. The website offers numerous packages, but advertises pictures "as low as $1" all over their website and Google. After depositing monies, I come to find that the average for a single picture is ~$35. This is outrageous. They offer three (3) lower costs packages, knowing full-and-well that said packages can purchase little to nothing on their website. Their deceptive practices encourage immediate deposits only for the user to find that their money can get very little, if anything at all. In addition, iStockPhoto has refused to respond to several inquiries requesting a refund.

- I am going to have to disagree. I use istock constantly in my line of work and they do have images way less than $35 and they do have $1 images. Yes very few for $1 but that means they weren't false advertising.
