Hello Totem provided me with a quote for my virtually new iPad, send me a packing box and shipping info and recorded the device as received on 4/11/13. Payment is advertised as processed in 2-4 days.
5/1/13 - After several inquiries and now 2 open tickets that sound like they are being answered in India... I still do not have an answer on when my payment is being processed (if ever). First (and only) response I have received:
"Hello *****,
Thank you for your Ticket, I will assign this to Rob Longo who is the Head and in-charge of the issue. He will surely get back to you as soon as possible. We appreciate your business and thankful for your patience!

Harold"
I'm hoping this "Head" will make good on their promises and deliver my payment. Until then, I will file complaints and spread the word about their practices on every social media platform and with the Better Business Bureau.

- It is heartbreaking on how these SORRY individuals live with themselves when they swindle people's items/money for themselves. Truly SAD :-(. My wife and I feel utterly helpless to say the least but we lick our wounds and try to walk on. We are through with these SLIME BALLS!

- My wife and I just found some dirt on Hello Totem: We found that they are having trouble with the Better Business Bureau because even though the Better Business Bureau doesn't support their company the logo of BBB is still showing so that people think they are supported by them. That explains why we are having trouble with Hello Totem.
