called to get tech. support for my computer, the tech ended up deletting all my files and e-mail folders by doing a system restore several times. I have a brand new dell xp one 27 which has windows eight on it. when he was done none of my tiles on the computer worked. I ended up getting dell support to fix the problem with the tiles but my files and folders were lost. Dell support cost $239.00.
