The date that this happened was back in September 25, 2011. He asked me to loan him $1300.00 dollars I told him that I couldnt then he asked if I could loan him $1000.00 until he got paid he worked for Robertson fire equipment promised me that he would sign his cheque over to me, he also gave me all kinds of sad stories such as his wife is sleeping with her brother and that his son was being abused. I felt sorry for him and loaned the $1000.00 since then he has changed his number and moved unable to be located. He was fired from his job for stealing the fire equipment and selling it to people and giving out fake fire inspection certificate, he has stolen money from the bank as well. He is now working for as a security guard and I don't think it's right that he should be working in that field. Criminals should not be working in that field. I just want to get his name out there Lance Cooper is a fraud. If anyone knows him please ask him to repay money he has run off with. Annie
