We were also conned by them. Same story that a holiday had been won and under U.S law we had to pay a portion of it.
After further research, it seems this company was previously operating as Florida Resort Holidays
I have seen that people submitted reports to Florida Consumer Affairs to help get their money back. We have contacted them and they have said they have not recieved any complaints against them but that they aren't registered. Please also start filling out complaints on the Florida Cosumer Affairs site.
