Forest Law Group, aka, Forest Law Center, received $3500 to negotiate my two mortgages. Despite offers from my bank to restructure my loans, 8/24/12, Forest Law Group ignored these communications and proceeded to claim they were negotiating on my behalf with no results. In fact, no efforts were made on my second mortgage whatsoever, even though it was clearly stated in the contract that we signed. Each time I communicated with them or received a call, it was a different person representing the firm. On December 14, 2012, I received a letter informing me that my loan modification has been completed. However, no reference to my second mortgage was made. When I contacted the representative, still another new one, he was unaware that my contract was for the two mortgages and asked that I furnish him with a copy of my contract, which I did. To this date, May 2, 2013, no response. I am seeking a refund of my $3500 and have sent them notice of that fact.
