Ordered a flex-able hose - was led through the site and ended up sending two charging double postages and when we hooked up the hose it exploded and was totally not usable.
We called the customer service number - got some poor connection in Jamaica and when they heard my concerns I was put on endless hold.
I asked if this product was manufactured and sent from USA and when I researched found it came right here from Wallingford, CT. I researched and tried to find more info and could not find it.
