Two young men came to our home selling home security. They told us the company we were currently with had gone out of business and they were taking over. I mentioned that I had talked to the company a few days before because we were going to gone and I was prepaying for three months and they didn't mention it. They just said that they would give us credit for it. They set up the system in our home and had me sign a three year contract. When we returned home we found we were committed to two companies. I contacted both companies. Vivint the first company said they would help me with the problem but we are still committed to them. Monitronics/Skyline, second company would not let me out of the contract. ( was unable to complete the 2nd address: it is Downey, CA 90241.) I sincerely hope you are able to do something about this. I am a senior citizen, age 78.
