This company charged me for a product I did not order and will not issue a refund, while speaking with the customer service guy who spoke not very good english he stated I can only get a refund if i request it within the 14 day trial of product, I think they obtained my information from another skin care product RVTL; as when you call both companies customer service numbers you get a female voice that is the same for both
