got a free estimate from tim o'connell of bathfitters. cost was $4000.00. contract said i had 3 days to cancel my order. called the next day and spoke with luwanda at 901-386-5495. told she was the jackson,tn. office and would have someone in the memphis office that handles cancelations call me back. the man that sold me the product called and said i had to send a written notice, which the contract did not state. he deposited my ck. the same day i canceled the order. tells me now i will have to wait up to 30 days to get my money back that they are not accustom to people canceling orders and they do not leave cks lying around the office for 3 days to see if someone cancels. i am very mad about this and feel my payment should be returned as fast as it was cashed.
