on 05/01/2013 i received and call around 1:00pm from waka network stating to me tht i can pay $2.99 to be an member of waka network. They was telling me that i can get walmart gift cards up to $50.00 dollars and $100.00 gas volture, so when i agreed that ill be an member, they got my card number and that they was gonna send imformation to my email address to fill out and form to complete the membership i never got the email so and hour went by i called them back and imform them that i havnt got an email yet so when i did get the email i was reading the form it wasnt what i agreed to over the phone, i felt like then something rite that when i checked my card $1,500 hundred dollars was gone, so i called them back but i didnt get a answer so i called from and differt number they picked up and i was telln them that all my money on my card was missing and they hung up and that when i knew then that i had been rip off so i contacted the fbi and they gave me this web site to report it.
