My husband & I were informed by US Cellular as to why our bill had increased by $9.99 per month, which was that we were being charged for the service of texting. We do not text because we never learned how. We are senior citizens. We were advised by US Cellular to call "My Mobile Care" and ask for our money back. I spoke with Nina (would not give her last name but said her Employee ID is 68337), who said we could not get our money back as we had signed up for this service. I told her that was not true as niether my husband or I had signed up for something we do not know how to use. I told her that I was contacting the Federal Communication Commission (FCC) and I also asked for her company's address. She gave me the following address for My Mobile Care: 1521 Concord Pike, Suite 301, Wilmington Delaware 19803. I sent them a letter asking for the money back and guess what...I just received that letter back as "address unknown." Nina gave me a false address. I did send a letter notifying the FCC of this fraud. The FCC's address is: 445 12th Street SW, Washington DC 20554.

I hope the FCC will take care of this fraudulent company by putting them out of business and get our money back. If you have had this same problem, I recommend you contact the FCC also. I believe they will be able to help all of us.

  • I just called the company and the person, Wilson gave me the same address. He wouldn't let me speak to a supervisor but said that I needed to write the letter to request a refund. I don't understand how these people can live with themselves having a job and working for a company that purposely misleads people into signing up for services they don't even want. Please show me a single person who has gone online to look for and sign up for these premium messages.
