A young man and young lady came to my door selling magazines & books. They explained to me that they were trying to win a trip to italy and only needed to sell a few more books to win the trip. As someone else stated in the complaint, they made you feel sorry for them and what they have gone through in life. They explained that I could purchase a book/magazine for someone in need that could not afford one. I used a return address label on the receipt and now think that may have been a mistake since they could take it off and just through away the form. They also do not understand the 3 day right to cancel. It is 3 business days, not 3 days as they wrote on the receipt. I will be sending in a copy of the receipt cancelling the order. I will be sending the cancellation via USPS certified mail, return receipt so that I have proof that they received it. Don't even bother with this company. I can't believe that I fell for this one.
