In or around July 2012, AT &T incorrectly closed my Sprint account. After I contacted them via phone they admitted to the error and restored my service with Sprint. However, Sprint charged me $236.30 to reopen my account in accordance with my agreement with them. I explained tio them that ATT had commited the erro and never should have move my phone number without my permission. Even though they understood I was still charged by them a $236.30 restoration fee. I tried to work with ATT to get reimbursed, but they have been uncooperative not even returning my calls. I have had claim numbers SWBT06201210-06-0061 and TX1214655 cerated by ATT but to date nothing has been done. On 12-18-12, 1-31-13, and 2-5-13 voice mails were left for Andrea at Sedgewick Claims and my calls were never returned. On 2-21-13 a voice mail was left for her supervisor, Travis Alexander, and my call was never returned. On 3-21-13 and 4-9-13, voice mails were left for Diana Roy whom I was told worked in the office of the preident though she works in St. Louis and not Dallas. She never returned my calls as of the date of this complaint.
