when I saw their promotion, I suspicious that they are scammer, because it is not in china culture to pay such a bug amounts of money as a promotion, I working with Chinese companies for years, and I never seen or hear they they give such big promotions.
Anyway, I start to check their web site and I find their address is totally wrong, because Shenzhen city is not in Zhejiang Province.
""Thanks Google Maps"" ;), also "Baiguan : is not Industrial Zone in Shezhen , it is a Road name in Nanchang Province.
then I find they are totaly wrong with the address, also their phone is not from Zhezhen it is from Shaoxing (575) in Zhejiang, then they are located in Shaoxing , Zhejiang, china.

Finally I check their domain name "http://www.ruikelectric.com"
this domain name registered by a US registrar company at date :
