hi - i just been rip off by this website http://www.easysportstickets.com/sports/football/chelsea-vs-fc-basel-tickets-02-05-2013?a_aid=istanbullife
i bought a VIP Platinum ticket for the football match Chelsea vs Basel and they charged me 414 euros - when i got the ticket first it was not a VIP Platinum ticket at all and i got a ticket worth only 30 pounds !!!
on the terms and conditions on their website they said i can be refund if i got a lower price ticket but obviously i rang them twice (name of the guy is MARIO ESTRADA phone number 0034932420239) and they refused to refund me saying i got the ticket i asked for
could you let me know asap what you can do for me because i lives in ireland and i went especially to london for this event and i am furious to have been rip off like that
