I purchased the 75' hose on 10-28-12. I received within 6 weeks and put the box in my garage. Once the weather started to warm up I opened the box and took out the two hoses. I used the hose and followed directions. I always drained the hose well when completed. After about two weeks use, the hose popped a leak right at the connection while I was using it. I called the company and Operator 31 said they were going to issue me a return label to send it back. I never heard back from them. What a scam.
