bought 4 mini ipads for my grandchildren n bought 4 insurance plan one per ipad for 109.99 for each one they recommended the insurance because they'r small children n they can damage them.it was for a year so they have had thier ipads for 6 months n one of them has a crack on the screen i take it to b.buy n was told that they would replace it with one that has been fixed from someone that has sent it back for some other reason .i told them they had told me that the insurance would give me a new one if anything would happen they never said it would be replaced with one that has had a promblem n now is been fixed i dont want someone elses problems they said that apple changed the police from when i bought the insurance n they cannot honor my old policy i told them that they should go by what i bought it's not my fault they changed thier policey n to thier convinence i have to accept thier new policy that was not thier policy at the time i bought insurance the person i talked to was so rude he said i can complain i will not get a new ipad i would get one that has been sent back n fixed he was so rude that i will never buy anything from best buy ever n i have been a good customor for years .
