Dear Sirs: You will be aware from a copy e-mail sent to Scambook earlier today, that, after many weeks, <Amazon.co.uk> seems to be interested in making a refund. Whether it will be happy to include Shipping Charges of £15.61 remains to be seen. The original bill was raised by CW Marketing, although I have been unable to discover its location. I will keep you posted on progress of this claim - if any! Any pressure you can bring to bear would, of course, be much appreciated! I regret that I have lost your Complaint Number, if there is one.
