My laptop wasn't starting so I called them to see if they could fix it. The only way to get any help from them was to sign up for a monthly plan (or yearly), which I did on the condition that they fix my laptop today. They said they would. So I was charged $50 "diagnostic fee" and $20 for the first month. When they couldn't fix it I asked to be refunded but they said they weren't going to refund me the "diagnostic fee". Now I don't need someone to tell me that my laptop is broken. I needed someone to fix it, which they weren't able to do. That's why I demanded my money back. They should not charge someone for services they did not render!!
