This company has many complaints, I fell for the bate and switch they offered. Online, 4.75 for a trial e-cigarette...They never delivered the product and charged my account 116.93, same amount each and every customer is claiming. I made a call and the person on the phone is trying to sell me their product...I explained I never received the product...the customer service is horrible...I dispute the charge with my bank and they sent my bank 20 pages of proof that I had agreed, when I never did..This company needs to be shut down...I will make a formal complaint to the Illinois Attorney General..They are literally stealing my money along with many others.

- This company ripped me off as well!When I called they started telling me how much I was spending on cigarettes!I told them I'll decide if I want to switch,not to "bait and switch"!Good luck on getting your money back.I can't afford to pay Scambook more money for this service,but this company is running an illegal scam!
