Odometer Tampering!
Purchased automobile on 4/18/13. The "Carfax Warranty Check" showed mileage as 19,703 which was close to the mileage on the car when I purchased it. I did not realize that this piece of paper is my warranty document, so I went to the dealer inquiring about my warranty documentation papers. The dealer came back with a "Carfax Warranty Check" sheet and told me that this sheet of paper is my warranty document. When I got home I noticed the discrepancies: This "Carfax Warranty Check" document was printed out on 3/12/2013 and the last reading reported was 26, 825. The car presently has 20,111 miles. The odometer has been rolled back.
