On March 30 2013 I was mislead that Puppy City had in their store 3 pure white tea cup Maltese puppies with no markings. I spoke to the Manager who's name is Emanuel. I called him March 28 and told him that if they were pure white I would be there on Saturday the 30th. I called that morning and was advised they had no markings on them. I also told him I lived 2 hours away in Malton N.J. When I got there all 3 had spots on them. We had some words and then he told me instead of 800.00 he could get me a pure white for 1500.00. I got a signed contract and gave him 200.00 and he assured me that I could get my money back if I was unhappy for any reason. I live in a assisted living facility and I'm under Doctors care. Because of my Doctors advice and my condition, I called on the 15th of April and cancelled the puppy which they said they had not found one and my money would be returned. After calling 4 times to date, They tell me that the check got lost in the mail and they will send another. As of my phone call today and the remark of (Do what you have to) this is why I am sending this complaint
