I called this company to help me get out of Silver resort, because I
had been lied to about the resort and I could not use the resort when I was told I could go any time in the red season, which was pretty much all the time. But when I called they had not availability. Professional timeshare services said they would help me and showed me a bbb report of an A- status, I still have that email, but now it says they are not accredited with the bbb. They said they would give me papers to sign and would help me but it would take 3 months. I have not heard another word from them since. When It first started the person that helped me quit (adam). Then I was turned over to Sharla, she quit. Then a guy named David (relative of the owner) helped me. Now they will not answer their phone and the message does not state what business it is. I turned them over to the bbb and they only asked me if I had heard from them yet. I think it is sad that the world has come to this to get money. All I ask is I get my money back from them, but I am not paying someone to get it back. I just want justice. They deserve to be put under the jail for fraud.
