Placed an order with this company today. Everything was fine and then when i said i wanted to order my kitchen..i was told i needed to pay £100 deposit. I was then told the outstanding balance ON the kitchen would need to be paid on arrival. At NO time was i told the £100 was for the cost of design !! Therefore if u decided to cancel it would not be refunded !!! I only discovered this later when i sat and read everything through. Was never given the chance or was explained to read everything before signing !!! As it says in their ad ... "We will only ever ask our customers for a £50 or £100 deposit and for that we will measure their kitchen, plan their new kitchen, manufacture and deliver their kitchen to their home and only after all of that will we ask them to pay." But yet after they ask you to sign ...on the reverse it states .."There will be a charge of £100 to cover the cost of design and this will be deducted from the price of your kitchen.The design charge is non-refundable if the design has already taken place. But they DO NOT inform you of this at any point. They let you think the £100 is a deposit needed for placing an order ! Needless to say i am cancelling immediately ..and will pursue this until i get my money back !!!
