I typed in Coach.com and a host of sites appeared unaware that the one I purchased from was not coach at all until I received confirmation of payment and the product. I have been unable to contact anyone on the receiving end to discuss returning the merchandise purchased, this site used the exact same coach product photos and payment processing system. I had no idea I was on a bogus site til they took my money and I received the merchandise. They are listed under coachonlineoutlet.com but are not authentic coach at all.
