charged my credit card more than 4.95 for shipping a sample ...they charged me nearly $200 for products i never ordered and never recieved. when you call thier custoemr service number its idiots taht dont understand enough english to know that what they are doing is ILLEGAL. im referring my complaint to the USPS for WIRE FRAUD.
