took car to have emergency brake cables replaced on both right and left rear. Dropped car off on 3/28/2013 and picked up on 3/29/2013 evening. I dropped my sister off at home and then came home and parked my car. Got up next morning to wash car, seen damage to passenger fender and door. Called Sunoco, talked to Mr Hamid. I explained what I had found on my car, he told me that he did not have a red car in the shop that day. I told Mr HAmid that it did not look like a car hit mine, that maybe when they took my tire off or a cable or the lift machine something scaratched it. He became very rude and I just told him i would let USAA insurance call him. He hung up.
I called USAA, they called him with no luck. I spoke to USAA several times, we sent am email to corporaate office of Sunoco. Finally spoke to them,(ESIS).Received letters as to who would handle my claim. Then a letter that they were not responsible for damages that Sunoco did. They sent me letter to contact R & M. Spoke to a Tara there. She said that the they were not responsible due to that station is privately owned. She was going to speak to district manager as to who to talk to. he told me I needed to call station and talk to owner and thier liablity office. I called and asked for thier corporate office #. spoke to two different people for this #. Finally was given this #703-690-1991. Called the #, and it just rang and rang. NO machine or anything. I have called and left another message for ESIS to give me a call on another option before taking the matter to court. All I am requesting is for the 500 deductible to be paid, my insurance is going to pay the remaining. But I am reconsidering this now, and sue for entire amount of $867, and cancel the claim with USAA.
