I apparently signed up for a membership with these people, although I know for a fact that I never. I realised that they had taken £64 out of my bank account, and I still don't even understand how as I did not input any of my card details. After spending over an hour on the phone (to an 0845 number, which has probably cost me a horrendous amount!!) trying to receive a refund I was informed by Sophie (to note the only Sophie in the call center, reachable on the number 01656672699) that I could only be refunded £44, as they themselves had incurred costs when I apparently signed up to this membership (which I didn't), and that £20 would be kept by themselves to cover these costs. I was informed that this Sophie (an account manager) was the highest level of which I could take the call, as her manager wasn't in (Surprise Surprise, they never are when you ask!!) and that they did not work on the phones anyway! what an absolute joke! So to clarify, this scumbag company still took £20 off me for charges that THEY THEMSELVES had incurred, and that there was no way that this could be changed! I don't know if many of you remember back in 2008 when Bridgend had 17 suicides in little over year, well yeah, is it any surprise when scumbag companies like this tarnish there town! DISGUSTING! and this has also now become a legal matter, so 'the-only-Sophie-in-the-call-center', we're coming for you!!
