Early last year I started a small real estate investment company. Through linked in you meet other investors and rehabers like myself do possibly work with. On July 30th 2012 I got in contact with Joel Riddle about getting funding for my company. He said he will be able to get me funded and sent me information about what he needs from me to get started. After sending the requested information and about 10 emails later he told me that the fee is 500$ which covers the processing and his fee. Before I sent the money I asked what were to happen if he could not get me funded and he replied that a full refund would be given. After about three weeks or so of him having my paperwork and money I still received nothing. Every time I talked to him he had some excuse about why he has not gotten me funded. On Aug. 20th 2012 he asked me if I would be interested in working with him doing what he was suppose to be doing for me because he is swamped with work and needs people like me to help him. Now I know this was another ploy to keep me from getting angry about not getting funded or my money back. On Sep. 1st I finally told him that I would like him to give me back my money. From that point on it was nothing with him he did not do anything for me or my company and he never returned my money. I have many emails between us that show everything. Please get my money back from this scam artist. I am also warning people on the site to not fall for his scams. Thank you very much
