I purchase the warranty for my 2005 mercedes benz and they told me icould cancel with a full refund.I cancelled my policy march 12,2013. I called them and they told me I would be getting my refund in 30 days. I havent got anything and it is over 60 days. I purchased the policy in jan. 16,2013. My wife said it is a scam.there tel. no. is 866-661-2565
