So I became an Avon rep and submitted my first order which is when I was requested to pay first so I did then the package came nd somehow I still owed so I could not actually process my next order as it was saying I had a past due balance. So I paid $60 more and it still said my order was on hold for lack of payment . Well now I owe bout 10 customers there money back. What can I do?

  • Was checking this site for Avon scammers' names and email addresses, and saw your complaint...
    I trust you've resolved it by now. I'm guessing you either delivered the customer orders and paid Avon, or returned the product to Avon and refunded any customers who paid in advance. I've been a Rep. since 2010, and was just a bit confused at how you didn't know you still had a balance due on your order. But, I do understand how easy it is to be your own best customer and purchase products for yourself that exceed your earnings amount, which leads to a business which seems to "cost" you money, instead of earn it... :-)
    That being said, if you've stuck with it, you now know the Rep. agreement is very clear. If not, to clarify the matter to others who may see this, Reps. must pay for their order, in full, before submitting their next order (every two weeks.) Reps. only owe Avon their "discounted" cost for products. The difference between the Reps.' cost and what they charge their customers is their earnings. Any "discount" (beyond Avon sale pricing) offered to customers by the Rep. is discretionary, and comes out of the Reps. earnings.
    Anyway, I hope you've you've been able to use the available training materials and tools to learn how to calculate your costs and earnings, and now have your own, successful Avon business! Wishing you the best!
    P.S. I'm still my own best customer at times, and barely earn enough to even make it worth doing, but I love my Avon products, so I keep plugging along for the joy of it... :-)
