My name is Will.
I applied for a house cleaning position in help wanted ad on craigslist. I got a email on april 17th from a person who said his name is Andrew Wade, he congradulated me sayin the job position was mine. he stated he and his family aws in the Shell oil business and he was over in Spain and would be here within 3 weeks and he want me do some work before his arrival. He stated had business partner's that would send me a check and for me I was to deposit the check into my bank account, deduct a percentage out of the check for myself and foreword the remainder funds to another business partiner who was going to send me keys to Andrew home,with the address here in Chicago,where I was to meet a person delivering some art for his home. A few days a check arrive at my home from a person name, Robert Diaz, for $2,400.00, at that point I was leary. Who would send a person a check for $2,400.00 they didn't know, never talked to or seen in person? I emailed this so call, Andrew Wade, for him to give me a phone call or email me a phone number that I could make contact with him regarding the check, while waiting for his respond, I ran a investigation on the check before making a bank deposit, and found that it was counterfeited. I emailed mailed Andrew my findings, he never responded.I returned a week later to the job section on craigslist and found the some exact ad placed by a different person name, Harry Johnson. This person or person's need to be caught and bought to justice.
