I ordered product via ecplaza.net - paid $460 total via Western Union; however, I never received anything. They were quick to respond when we were placing the order, but then nothing after the money was sent.

Email from company on April 18th 2013:

Hello Madame ,

Your tracking number with EMS UKRAINE: EB610535908UA. they website :http://www.emsukraine.com.ua

And also they tracking do not show online but they tracking number is the code number for your parcel

They will contact you when they get to your delivery address

We await to read from you when you receive your parcel at your door step.

I have written you several times in regards to the purchase placed almost two weeks ago. I would appreciate a response as I have not heard any word back. I paid for the product and a license - if I don't hear back or receive my product in a timely manner, then I want a full refund.

I have paid $470, in addition to Western Union fees. This is becoming ridiculous.

Please respond asap.
