I hire this company to move my stuff from ct to fl, I spoke to a lady name Candice, and we agreed on a price of $1827.00 to move 72 pcs @ a approximated 4300 pounds,she told me that I needed to put down a deposit of $100.00, which I did with a credit card, when the day of pick up came, as soon as that driver came inside the house he started saying that everything was too big, that the boxes were huge,he show a shoe box and told me that was a medium box for him,after a lot of argument, he dare to ask me for $3000.00 I said NO he left, and I called a person he said was his supervisor and explain what happened he said I would receive my deposit back and to call on Monday, because it was Saturday, I called and call and call, and always got a runaround, finally I reported them to BBB which they did not answer to, this company is running a scam, because another company came and did the move for the same price,and my boxes were not huge they were small, Now calls or emails are not answer. and I wand my money back and the public to know that their TOP PRIORITY IS TO lie, cheat and steal.
