Do Not Order THE FREE TRIAL.. They are associated with Equinox skin care. They take money out of your account and will not give it back. When you call both customer service numbers the same person answers and says they do not know of the other company. LIERS...

This is how it works... they give you a trial period of 14 days. If you don't cancel in those 14 days, you get charged for the "trial" bottle, and are put on a monthly subscription at the same price, with no notifications whatsoever. I just found this out the hard way, too.
Their website says they have a refund policy, yet right below it there is a "negative option" clause, stating that they are not required to refund you anything if you have not previously cancelled your membership. When I ordered the cream, I tried the Equinox serum at the same time. I thought when I cancelled, I cancelled both, but apparently I only cancelled the Equinox because one month later I received another jar of the cream. Customer service is NOT helpful unless you're cancelling your membership. So for anyone else looking at reviews before ordering, keep in mind that you HAVE to cancel BOTH within the 14 days, or you WILL be charged for the "trial" products and will be put on a monthly membership and they WILL NOT TELL YOU.
And for my own experience, 14 days of both products and absolutely zero improvement in my skin.
