I called them to inquire about a house for rent in Moreno Valley.. We loved the house so we filled out paperwork n Roy (the guy who helped us) said that we had to give $300 to put the house on hold .. We gave up the money without hesitation. They took our paperwork n said they would call us back when everything went through.. We never received any call n when we tried calling they never answered. If anyone knows how I can take legal action please let me know.. We need to unite n bring them down

yes I would love to unite and take action we didn't read the contract for the reason that they were going along and reviewing the contract before we signed. i guess I should of read.
this happened to me exactly just yesterday it wasn't until I looked online to see pictures of the property that I realized it might be a scam and after a friend told me that the same property was shown to him. same offer same everything I gave $300 down for deposit and they have all my information employer and social everything what can I do and I as well saw the ad in the pennysaver 4bd 2bath.

This happened to me too. I am so angry!!!! I am going to the Better Business Bureau in Colton to file a complain on them because I have emailed them to the refund place and they haven't emailed me back. This is the place to go and complain. 315 N La Cadena Dr Colton, CA 92324
