i posted engagement ring on craigslist.org he responded the funds are pending and he is texting me saying he dont have the money to western union me like he was supposed to yesterday and is telling me he mailed me to cell phones and wont pay me my money. i am a disabled mother of 4 children and he took every penny of my disability payments for me sending this ring to the recipient already.
