The UK mega million lottery scam almost got me for $299.99. I was checking my email and received what I thought was a miracle which actually turned out to be a scam. The lottery scam stated that I won a million dollars but after looking into it, I realized it was false. If I won a million dollars, why are they asking me to mail them $299.99 instead of just taking it out of my winnings? After doing research to make sure it was really a scam, I found out that I am not the only victim. Hopefully whoever is doing this is caught.
