I luis bought a 65inche TV to roman the sales director he told me that he have only a couple unit left .I sent the money on 1/18/2013 upto this day I haven't receive the TV I spoke to roman like five time . the only thing he said . I going to sent the TV this week. I'm still waiting.

- I have not received TV or refund yet. It's been over 3 months. You would better to report to Attorney General Washington asap.

- I am in a similar position. I have filed a police report with my local authority. I have also filed a complaint with the Washington State Attorney's Office. You can also request a consumer complaint records request to see how many other people have been scammed. I am in the process of filing my small claims packet with the King County District Court. You would be wise to do the same.

- Great news. After 9 months I finally got a refund from WWE. If you have filed a complaint with the Washington Attorney General, contact Chad Crummer in that office. He did an outstanding job, getting my refund. Also, get the correct routing number from your bank. Roman said not to use the one on your check and the second time I called my bank and questioned them about it, they gave me a routing number for incoming wires. I might have gotten a refund faster if I had the right number to begin with. According to Chad, Roman is trying to pay everyone back. He has made other refunds besides mine, and has borrowed money from his father and uncle in Russia. Good luck to everyone.
